Cluster well is located inside the International Boundary and Water Commission fenced yard. The yard is locked promptly at 3:30pm M-F, and the USGS is not allowed a key to the gate. All site visits must be made during IBWC business hours. The vault is located in the gravel parking lot, at ground level, 60 feet southeast of the southeast corner of the IBWC office building.
