MODFLOW One-Water Hydrologic Flow Model (bin/OneWater.exe) with each
official release; these changes may substantially affect users. In this
file, packages are referred to by their 3-or 4-character abbreviation.

o OneWater Version 2.0.00 This version is the initial release of version 2.

NOTE: This is a miminal release that contains source code (src directory) and
      windows compiled executables (bin directory). This was done to release the 
      report as soon as possible. A future update, will remove this disclaimer and 
      include a makefile and full set of examples.
