Trends

The NAWQA program has three primary groups for looking at trends in surface water and ground water quality:

1. Major river basin studies of surface water trends
2. Principal aquifer studies of ground water trends
3. A ground water trends team

The San Joaquin-Tulare Basins NAWQA has been involved in groups (1) and (3).
