California Water Science Center (CAWSC) - Groundwater Ambient Monitoring and Assessment (GAMA) Program

Monterey/Salinas Study Unit

The Monterey/Salinas Study Unit was sampled between 7/18/2005 and 9/23/2005; 97 wells were sampled.

The study unit consists of 4 study areas:
    •   Santa Cruz (including Scotts Valley, Santa Cruz, and the Soquel Valley)
    •   Monterey Bay (including the Pajaro Valley, Watsonville, and Salinas)
    •   Salinas Valley
    •   Paso Robles

The study unit is within the San Luis Obispo, Monterey, Santa Cruz, and San Benito counties.
