Data-Base Contents

This report describes the contents of the GIS data base. It is divided into three sections: "Geography," "Geology," and "Hydrology." The geography section describes data layers that show human interaction with the environment. The geology section describe s data layers that represent the Earth's composition, structure, and history. The hydrology section describes data layers and tables that represent the occurrence, movement, and quality of fresh water.
